SI Player Wife: Michelle Damon

I bet you didn’t know that Johnny Damon has been one of the most productive major leaguers since 2000 as he ranks 3rd in active runs, 7th in active hits and stolen bases since then. With that said, does anyone really like Johnny? Does anyone remember that he was a Kansas City Royal? Did you know that the reason he looked like a caveman is because of reckless play in centerfield in the 2003 ALDS when he ran into teammate Damian Jackson? I hate Johnny Damon.
As far as Michelle goes, she does a good job for SI. Frankly, I think she belongs in the magazine more than her husband Johnny. In fact, I suggest that whenever Johnny is mentioned in the magazine during 2008 they should use a picture of Michelle.

OVERALL: 8/10 She does a better job leading off then her husband.
